Discover how to mark records with Submit action for batch processing and how to remove Ready status for batch Submit in Connexion client.

Mark a record with Submit action for batch processing

Note: Submitting records for review via batch requires a Limited or higher authorization, as does submitting records interactively.

  1. Save the record(s) you want to batch submit to the default bibliographic or authority local save file.
  2. Display a record from the local save file.
    Or
Select record(s) in the local save file list:
    • To select adjacent records, click to highlight the first entry, and then press and hold <Shift> and click the last entry.
    • To select nonadjacent entries, click to highlight the first entry, and then press <Ctrl> and click to highlight each additional entry.
  3. Click Action > Submit for Review or Replace and Update Holdings, or press <Alt><A><B>. The Submit status for the record(s) changes to R (Ready).
  4. When finished marking records, run batch processing. Submitting records for review via batch has the same results as replacing interactively.

To withdraw record(s) from batch Submit, remove the Ready status:

  1. Open a record from the local bibliographic save file with a Ready status for Submit.

    Or
Click Cancel to close the window without removing the action.
