Define fields to delete from exported records

Discover how to define fields to delete from exported records in Connexion client.

Specify fields to delete from exported records separately for bibliographic and authority records:

  1. Navigate to Tools > Options or press <Alt><T><O>.
  2. Click the Export tab.
  3. Click Field Export Options.
  4. In the Field Export Options window, in the Bibliographic Records field or the Authority Records field, enter fields you want to delete, each separated by a comma, or enter a range of fields.
  5. Click OK or press <Enter> to save your setting and close the window.
    Or
    Click Cancel to cancel changes.
    Or
    Click Apply to save settings without closing the window.
  6. When finished, click OK to close the Options window.
