Not getting the Label Positioning screen when Print is clicked

Symptom

• The "Column and Row Options" dialog is not appearing when print is clicked, specifically when using a sheet printer in the OCLC Cataloging Label Program

Resolution

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. Open the Label Program.
2. Click Options.
3. Click Print.
4. In the window that displays, ensure that the "Prompt for Options" box is selected.

Now, attempt to print again, and the "Column and Row Options" dialog should appear as expected.
