Still seeing Register button after registering a repository under the Harvesting tab

Symptom
  • You see a Register button in the CONTENTdm (classic version) Admin Tool Harvesting tab after registering a new repository with the Digital Collection Gateway so you can't sync OCNs back into your repository.

Resolution

Please contact OCLC Support with your symbol, server#, license key and let them know that you are trying to sync OCNs back into your CONTENTdm (classic version) repository, but the button continues to appear as Register instead of Complete Sync.
