Symptom
  • You get the error "Error moving image file to destination directory error when approving items..." when trying to approve items in the CONTENTdm (classic version) Administration Website approval page.

Resolution

The file you are trying to approve did not get fully loaded to the web site before you tried to approve it. This can happen if a crash occurs during upload or if there is an exceptionally long lag in the upload process. Please contact OCLC Support with the collection and project name as well as a screenshot of the error.
