The approval process has failed. The screen is blank but says 'undefined' next to the collection drop down box
Symptom
- Items will not approve. The error message 'undefined' appears next to the collection drop down box.

Resolution
This is happening because you have uploaded a collection or item(s) from the Project Client, but before you have approved/indexed the item(s) you have made a change(s) to the metadata fields before the index table has been established.
If you are seeing this error:
- Wait 24 hours to see if the problem fixes itself; if it doesn't
- Contact OCLC Support with information about what you have changed since you uploaded the file(s). OCLC Support will then re-set/delete the approval queue so you can re-upload from the Project Client.
Additional information
Before you re-upload from the Project Client, refresh your project by switching between two collection projects to get most up to date field map from your server.
