Receiving the message "The resource is not available" in the Website Configuration Tool

Symptom

• When attempting to upload an image or custom script in the Website Configuration Tool, the message box reports "The resource is not available"

Resolution

The Website Configuration Tool will automatically time-out inactive users after thirty minutes. Refresh the page and sign back in to the Website Configuration Tool.
