My index keeps failing. I can't approve and index.

  • The index process in CONTENTdm administration page is reporting with message "Last index failed ". The index log shows multiple ongoing Failing index attempts.

  • CONTENTdm administration index page.

Please contact CONTENTdm support. Your CONTENTdm system administrator will need to reset the index queue.

Additional information

Failing index queue is typically caused by by index job started during pending approval process.
