Is it possible to set the Transcript tab to stay open instead of closed?

Symptom

• You have a field set to appear inside the Transcript tab and you want to open that field up so users can see it when opening each record.

Resolution

The Transcript tab is closed by default and there is no option to force it open. You could change this behavior via a custom page with Javascript and/or CSS set to display that field as open, though.
