Error "Index was outside the bounds of the array"

Symptom

Ingesting items in the Project Client returns the error message "Index was outside the bounds of the array"

Resolution

For troubleshooting assistance, reach out to OCLC Support and provide the following:

1. Server ID
2. Collection name/alias
3. The tab-delimited file being used for item ingest
