Approvals error out with message about item limit, but you've already upgraded your license

  • Items that you've uploaded can't complete the upload process because of an error stating that you've hit an item limit

If the error message states the correct item limit for your license, contact OCLC Order services to upgrade your license. If you have already upgraded since getting the error message, make sure that you have the Server >  About  > License set to your new License code.
