Symptom

• Compound Object wizard fails to OCR with error message - An error occurred performing OCR. The likely cause of this error is that incompatible languages were specified for the OCR engine

Resolution

1. Add the items via directory in the compound object wizard
2. In the Page Information screen, select "No Transcripts" and finish ingesting
3. Open the item in a tab for editing and select More Actions to Add OCR Text
