A CONTENTdm site has an item that includes my name or image. How can I request its redaction or removal?

Each CONTENTdm site's digital collections are managed entirely by the library or institution that hosts them. OCLC provides the CONTENTdm platform, but has no authority over what content a library chooses to publish. OCLC cannot remove or edit a library's CONTENTdm items, and OCLC cannot compel a library to remove or redact content.
Please contact the library directly with your request. It is entirely at the library's discretion whether to honor the request. Libraries may have their own takedown or privacy policies.
