Fiscal Detail
Overview
The Fiscal Detail lists detailed fiscal transactions within a specified date range. It provides details of bills assessed, paid, refunded, cancelled, pending, and waived. You can use this report to analyze financial transactions by type, staff name, bill reason, borrower category, or payment method.
This report defaults to the last 7 days of activity, but can be filtered (and bookmarked) to apply any date period, as well as by staff member, fiscal action type, and bill reason.
Report details
- Dataset: Circulation Fiscal Transactions
- Data refresh rate: This report's data is updated nightly. It will be updated by 6 a.m. at your institution's data center time. The data will be "as of" the end of the previous day.
- Data history start date: Data since the institution started using WMS Circulation
- Default date range: Last 7 days of your institution's activity
- Report type: Interactive
Report interface

Slicers
The Fiscal Detail report visual has a Fiscal Action Type slicer that can be applied to it. By default, the slicer is set to All.
Select one or more of the following values to update the report visual. The available values will depend on your institution's holdings.
- Blank - Do not use.
- Assess - Represents that a bill was created. Links to one or more of the other action types.
- N/A - No action type was assigned.
- Cancel - One or more bills were fully cancelled. Links back to one or more ASSESS transactions.
- Pay - One or more bills were partially or fully paid. This column links back to one or more ASSESS or PEND transactions.
- Pending payment - One or more bills are waiting for online payment to process. This link goes back to one or more ASSESS or PAY transactions.
- Refund - One or more bills were partially or fully refunded. This information links back to one or more ASSESS or PAY transactions.
- Waive - One or more bills were partially or fully waived. This link goes back to one or more ASSESS transactions.
Columns
The Fiscal Detail report contains the following columns. Click on a column name for more information.
You can click a column name to change the column sort.
- Click once to sort the column in ascending order.
- Click twice to sort the column in descending order.
- Click three times to restore the column to its original order.
