Report subtab

This subtab allows you to add, duplicate, or delete a report. The table below lists the options available on this subtab.

Item Button Description
Add Report Report subtab add report button Allows you to add a report.
Duplicate Report Report subtab duplicate report button Allows you to duplicate a report.
Delete Report Report subtab delete report button Allows you to delete a report.

Rename Report subtab

This subtab allows you to rename a report. The table below lists the options available on this subtab.

Report Name Rename report subtab report name button Allows you to rename a report.

Move Report subtab

This subtab allows you to move a select report to the left or the right of a group of reports. The table below lists the options available on this subtab.

Item Button Description
Move Left Move report subtab move left button Allows you to move the report to the previous position in the list of reports.
Move Right Move report subtab move right button Allows you to move the report to the next position in the list of reports.

Page subtab

This subtab allows you to select page orientation (portrait or landscape) and page size (A0 to Ledger/Tabloid) for a report. The table below lists the options available on this subtab.

Item Button Description
Page orientation Page subtab page orientation button Allows you to switch the pages between portrait (default) and landscape layout
Page format Page subtab page format button Allows you to change the page size of the report.

Header subtab

This subtab allows you to show, hide, and set the height for a report header. The table below lists the options available on this subtab.

Item Button Description
Show Header Header subtab show header button Allows you to show or hide the report header.
Page Header Height Header subtab page header height button Allows you to set the height of the page header.

Footer subtab

This subtab allows you to show, hide, and set the height for a report footer. The table below lists the options available on this subtab.

Item Button Description
Show Footer Footer subtab show footer Allows you to show or hide the report footer.
Page Footer Height Footer subtab page footer height button Allows you to set the height of the page footer.

Scale to Page subtab

This subtab allows you to select the width, height, and percentage of scale for a report. The table below lists the options available on this subtab.

Item Button Description
Fit to Width Scale to page subtab fit to width button Allows you to stretch or shrink the width of the report for printing.
Fit to Height Scale to page subtab fit to height button Allows you to stretch or shrink the height of the report for printing.
Fit to Scaling Scale to page subtab fit to scaling button Allows you to stretch or shrink the report to a percentage of its current size for printing.

Margins subtab

This subtab allows you to select the left, right, top, and bottom margin size for a report. The table below lists the options available on this subtab.

Item Button Description
Top margin Margins subtab top margin button Allows you to set the width of the top margin.
Bottom margin Margins subtab bottom margin button Allows you to set the width of the bottom margin.
Left margin Margins subtab left margin button Allows you to set the width of the left margin.
Right margin Margins subtab right margin button Allows you to set the width of the right margin.

Display subtab

This subtab allows you to limit the amount of data displayed to a single page or a maximum number or rows or columns. The table below lists the options available on this subtab.

Item Button Description
Page mode Display subtab page mode button Allows you to display the report in page mode.
Quick Display Display subtab quick display button Allows you to display the report in quick display mode.
Rows Display subtab rows button Allows you to set the maximum number of records per page displayed in rows.
Columns Display subtab columns button Allows you to set the maximum number of records per page displayed in columns.
