Answer

The Patron Information Detail Report is the best report to run to identify "null" accounts that were accidentally created during a patron load.

  1. Go to the Analytics module.
  2. Click on the Reports drop-down list on the left-hand side, and then click on Reports.
  3. Open the Circulation accordion and select the Patron Information Detail Report.
  4. Press OK to run the report.
  5. Once the report has loaded, click on the Design button on the top right of the page.
  6. Right-click the Patron Given Name column heading.
  7. Select Filter > Add Filter.
  8. Find the name N/A on the list and click the > to move it over to the right column.
  9. Click OK.

You will be able to match the null accounts to the existing users they were supposed to update by scrolling over to the Patron User ID At Source column.
