I cannot see the LHR Item Detail Universe in WorldShare Report Designer, why?

The LHR Item Detail Universe is only visible to libraries with a WorldShare Management Services (WMS) subscription.  If you have a subscription to WMS and do not see this option, please contact OCLC Support.
