Where is the option to Renew Licenses in License Manager

Symptom

• I can't find where to renew a license, I just realized that there is no longer a "Renewal options" field when creating a license as demonstrated in 2018. How do I enter cost information for various years of a license in the absence of the "Renewal options" field?

Resolution

 After receiving feedback on our renewal workflows from many librarians, we moved the location for Renewals. 

1. Access "License Actions" dropdown*
2. Make changes as desired.
3. Save Changes

*You won't see License Actions on the dropdown UNTIL AFTER the license has been saved. The reason for this is the license doesn't exist until it's first saved, and then after that it's available in the database to be renewed, created, etc.
