After initiating a SUSHI harvest in WorldShare License Manager, I get the error message "Failed – File from vendor did not contain data. Contact your vendor for assistance."
Symptom
- In the Harvest History Details, the Results column reads, "Failed – File from vendor did not contain data. Contact your vendor for assistance."

Resolution
Please contact the vendor directly to resolve this issue. Even if the vendor file had data present, this error message indicates an issue with the vendor file or your vendor-provided credentials that they will need to fix.
