New features and enhancements

Reminder to Save

When you make changes to a license, the open tab on the left side will now show an orange marker. This indicates there are changes that have not been saved.

Click Close to close the license without saving.

Knowledge Base Provider Name in Vendor Requests

You can follow these instructions for requesting a new SUSHI vendor be added to License Manager. To make this process easier, you can now select the Knowledge Base Provider Name from a drop-down list, rather than entering the Knowledge Base Provider ID. The list of Provider Names is more familiar and easier to browse, especially if you are not sure what the Provider ID will be for your desired vendor.

Making a selection for Provider Name, autofills the Provider ID field.

You can still enter Provider ID if you prefer.

If you don’t see your desired vendor in the Provider Name drop down, and you don’t know the Provider ID, you can still enter a Provider ID of “unknown” and submit the vendor request.

Clearer Labeling for Data Files without Usage Metrics

Usage data files may have the correct COUNTER file structure but contain no usage metric data. This may happen via SUSHI connection to a vendor, or via Manual harvest. This release changes both SUSHI harvests and Manual harvests so they no longer show files with missing metrics as “Complete” in the Harvest Details or Harvest Overview.

Files without usage data will now be marked as “Failed” in the Harvest Details or Harvest Overview, and display the message "File from vendor did not contain data. Contact your vendor for assistance."

Bug fixes

  • In COUNTER harvesting, the “Discontinued” label was being applied too frequently. This has been fixed.
  • Combining PR reports shifted the data from the headers by 1 column. This has been fixed. Please reharvest any reports where the issue arose.
  • The character limit for API keys when configuring COUNTER credentials has been increased.
  • Cloning a public template into a private template removed attached documents.  This has been fixed.
