Why does the email text of the Next Gen Notification not look as configured?
Symptom
It has been noticed that different font sizes are used in the notification email and, for example, the first paragraph is written in huge letters. The font size can be adjusted in the template, but the font size in the email differs from the template.
Resolution
It is possible that when you pasted the text, previous/old formatting was also copied and is influencing the formatting of the message in the background.
Try the following:
Copy the entire text of the header and delete it from the text field.
Then paste the text again by right-clicking the mouse and selecting “Paste without formatting.”
The text should now have the “normal formatting” and needs to be reformatted accordingly.
