Why are old notifications still going out when I have updated my notifications?

- Old versions of notifications are being sent out
- Any changes you make to notifications will apply to all new checkouts going forward.
- However, for any items already checked out, the old version of the notifications will apply. Circulation will only recalculate overdue notifications for these items if/when the loan due date changes. Notices that were queued relative to the previous due date(s) are then removed from the queue and replaced with the relevant ‘first’ overdue notification that is linked to the Loan Policy at the time that the due date was changed. The system will also recalculate the send-date for this notice so that it is sent relative to the new due date.
