Why are the check boxes missing when we go to select an item on a patron's account?

Answer

You can customize your Column setting options in WMS Circulation:

1. Go to  Circulation > Assist Patrons and search for Patron, click on name.

2. Click on the cog symbol Gear on WhatsApp  (left side of each tab)

3. The Show Columns box will display.

4. Select the option Select All to make the check box appear.

5. If the check box is still not appearing, select Reset to Default.

Additional information

You don't need to save the changes, the check box will be appear on the screen as soon as you have selected the option.

Checkout, Holds and Bills are the tabs that use this Show Columns setting.
