Our policy for Room Expiration Notification appears to be malfunctioning. It is sending out notifications hours and hours after the event occurred.
Symptom
- I created a reservation for the "Well Named Room" from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on September 25. The expiration notification is set to send 5 minutes after the event occurred. However, I received the notification at 7:01 this morning, 12 hours after the event occurred.

Resolution
To ensure that notices are always sent, we suggest that you adjust your Room Schedule Reminder Notification to be sent 1-2 hours before the room schedule starts.
If making this adjustment does not clear the issue, Contact OCLC Support with the specific details of the reservation notices.
