Item cannot be removed from the Clear Hold Shelf list

- There is an item on the Clear Hold Shelf report that cnanot be removed

Resolution
Note: Withdrawn/on-hold items may need to be checked in first, and certain status combinations can cause issues.
This issue could be caused by some data format errors, such as barcodes with leading/trailing spaces, invisible characters, or invalid characters. A barcode with leading/trailing spaces can be created in Interlibrary Loan, for example, but this may cause validation issues in Circulation.
Inspect the barcode field by copying the entire field, not just the characters, pasting the result into a text editor like Notepad. This may reveal any hidden spaces that could be causing this issue. If you see this problem, try editing the barcode to remove any leading or trailing spaces or invalid characters.
