Error in Digby saying your profile lacks sufficient permissions to use this app

  • You have downloaded Digby to your device and after you log in using your WorldShare credentials, you see a message that says "Your profile lacks sufficient permissions to use this app."

Make sure your account in WorldShare has the correct role for accessing Digby.

Libraries must request Digby activation. If you have requested Digby recently, you'll need to wait until you receive a confirmation email that your Digby Activation Request has been accepted. As the confirmation email states, Digby will be available for you to use after an overnight update, so you will need to wait until the next day to access Digby.
