Circulation Inventory Report Changes to Item Not Showing Up
Symptom
- We changed the format type in a bibliographic record. The old format is still showing up in a Circulation report.

Resolution
This happens because of a syncing error between WorldCat and Circulation. To refresh the data in Circulation, you can make a temporary change to your LHR that contains the item. Try the following steps:
- Open the LHR with the item in Record Manager
- Add a nonpublic note to the LHR
- Save the record
- Wait 5-10 minutes
- Remove the nonpublic note
- Save the record
Making the change will "refresh" the data in Circulation and sync it with the bibliographic change in WorldCat. Once refreshed, the record change should be reflected in the Circulation Item Inventories Report for the following week. If this does not resolve the issue, contact OCLC Support with the barcode of the item and a description of the data incorrectly reflected in the report.
