Analytics

Learn how to access and filter usage statistics on the Analytics screen.

The Analytics screen provides a searchable and sortable list of usage statics which can be filtered by branch and date range. To access the Analytics screen from the Staff Console, click Analytics.

Reservations & Circulations

By default, the date range is set to the previous month and all branches are included in the usage statistics. To filter your results:

  1. Click Change Range.
  2. For Start Range and End Range:
    1. Select a month from the drop-down list.
    2. Select a day from the drop-down list.
    3. Select a year from the drop-down list.
  3. (Optional) Select a specific branch from the drop-down list.
  4. Click Run Report.

To keep a copy of the usage statistics for your records:

  • Click Copy to copy the usage statics to the clipboard.
  • Click CSV to export the usage statics as a CSV file.
  • Click Excel to export the usage statics as an Excel file.

You can search or sort the reservations by:

  • Type
  • Name
  • Reservations - Number of reservations schedule to be picked up or printed during the range of dates.
  • Reservations Placed - Number of reservations created during the range of dates. For example, a reservation on June 15 for an August 1 pickup would be counted for the month of June.
  • Checkouts - Number of checkouts during the range of dates.
  • Not Checked Out - Number of reservations not checked out.

Patron savings 

The Patron Savings report provides general information on how much patrons saved by using museum passes provided by the library based on average general admission. 

 Note: This report is available for MuseumKey only. To view the report, the Patron Savings section within Museums > Settings must be configured.

  1. Click Change Range.

    2. Select a day from the drop-down list.
    3. Select a year from the drop-down list.
  3. (Optional) Select a specific branch from the drop-down list.
  4. Click Run Report.

You can also search or sort the reservations by:

  • Name
  • Reservations
  • Minimum savings
  • Maximum savings
  • Average savings
  • Maximum savings
