Begin using budget and funds  

Your new budget will be immediately available for use. Start using your budget by selecting the funds you've created on orders and invoices.

  • When you place an order, the amounts will move from the remaining balance for the fund to the encumbered amount for the fund.
  • When you pay an invoice, the amount will move to the expended amount for the fund you've chosen
