After you create a new vendor, save the information and publish it to share with other libraries. Publishing a vendor allows other libraries to order from it without having to repeat the work you did to create it.
- When finished creating the vendor, click Publish in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- On the Publish Vendor screen, choose the vendor addresses and contacts you want to publish.
- Click Publish.
- On the Publish Vendor window, click OK.
