Why do I not see a title in the Receive / Invoice View items list?
Symptom
- Titles you expect to see don't come up in the View Items list under the Receive and Invoice button
Resolution
Here are some reasons why titles don't appear in your list:
- The order the title is on has not been Placed.
- The Action drop-down is set to Receive, but the title has already been received.
- The Action drop-down is set to Invoice, but the title has already been invoiced.
- The Action drop-down set to Receive & Invoice, but the title you want has been Received and/or Invoiced already.
- The Processing Type that you are using to Receive and Invoice does not match the Processing Type of the item.
