Why can't I remove issues from the Manage Issues list?

Answer
When an issue is received by any customer in WMS, it cannot be removed in the Manage Issues list.
This is independent of the who uses this list.
On the Receive Issues tab you see that First Received (All Libraries) is filled with a date, when an unreceive is done this is not removed.
That is the resaon why it cannot be removed anymore.
If you do not want to claim some issue, you can mark the issue in the claim list with "stop claiming".
