Search in WMS Circulation / Acquisitions doesn't bringing back a held title

Symptom

• You search for a title in WMS Acquisitions or Circulation, but even though the title shows as held in Record Manager or WorldCat Discovery, the title does not come up.

Contact OCLC Support with your library's OCLC Symbol, the title's OCN, and the details of your search query.
