I see the message "The specified copy item cannot be found" when viewing serial copies in Acquisitions

This usually occurs due to an issue with indexing. Try resaving the LHR in Record Manager by following these steps:

  1. Go to Metadata > Record Manager
  2. Search the OCLC Number of the record with the LHR
  3. Select the LHR from the Bibliographic Record screen
  4. Click "Save"

If this does not resolve the error in Acquisitions, please contact OCLC Support with your library symbol and the title's OCLC Number.
