I am getting an error that says "Order with vendor order number is already submitted and will be ignored."
Symptom
- When I attempt to import an order into WorldShare Acquisitions, it fails and shows the error as: "Order with vendor order number (insert number) is already submitted and will be ignored."
Resolution
The error you are seeing means that the order for that vendor order number was already placed, and therefore, we will not import items to that order. Please contact the vendor and have them re-send the order with a unique number.
