I'm getting an error that says "acq.receiving.msg.null" when receiving an item in Acquisitions.
Symptom
- You receive the error "acq.receiving.msg.null" when trying to receive an item in WorldShare Acquisitions.

Resolution
This usually occurs because of a duplicate barcode.
- Check to see if the barcode is already in use or listed as "inactive".
- If the barcode is a duplicate or is inactive, replace the barcode on the item you're receiving.
If the issue persists, contact OCLC Support.
