Notes for funds
Discover how to add, edit, view, and delete notes for funds in WorldShare Acquisitions.
You can add notes to funds in WorldShare Acquisitions. When a note is added to a fund, the system records the author of the note and the date and time the note was saved.
A note is added to funds from the Budget screen.
Add a note to a fund
- In the Budget screen, use Select Budget to display the budget and funds where you want to add a note.
- Find the fund you want to add a note to and in the Notes column, click the Add Note button (). If a note has already been added to the fund, click the Add/Edit Note button ().
- If notes have already been added to the fund, you will need to click Add Note on the Notes window.
- In the Note field, enter the note.
- Click Save.
Delete notes
- In the Budget screen, use Select Budget to display the budget and funds where you want to edit a note.
- In the Notes column, click the Add/Edit Note button().
- On the Notes window, click the Remove button () next to the note you want to delete.
- On the confirmation window, click Delete note, then close the Notes window.
Edit notes
- In the Budget screen, use Select Budget to display the budget and funds where you want to edit a note.
- In the Notes column, click the Add/Edit Note button ().
- On the Notes window, click the Edit button () next to the note you want to edit.
- Edit the Note field.
- Click Save.
