Discover how to add, edit, view, and delete notes for funds in WorldShare Acquisitions.
You can add notes to funds in WorldShare Acquisitions. When a note is added to a fund, the system records the author of the note and the date and time the note was saved.
Note: Branch-based acquisitions users can only manage funds for branches where they have the appropriate permissions. See About branch-based acquisitions.
Add a note to a fund
From the left navigation, click Budgets.
Select a budget from the drop-down list and click Edit.
In the Notes column for a desired fund, click the Add Note button (). If a note has already been added to the fund, click the Add/Edit Note button ().
If notes have already been added to the fund, you will need to click Add Note on the Noteswindow.
In the Notefield, enter the note.
Click Save.
Delete notes
From the left navigation, click Budgets.
Select a budget from the drop-down list and click Edit.
In the Notes column for a desired fund, click the Add/Edit Note button().
On the Noteswindow, click the Remove button () next to the note you want to delete.
On the confirmation window, click Delete note, then close the Notes window.
Edit notes
From the left navigation, click Budgets.
Select a budget from the drop-down list and click Edit.
In the Notescolumn for a desired fund, click the Add/Edit Note button ().
On the Notes window, click the Edit button () next to the note you want to edit.
Edit the Note field.
Click Save.
View notes
If notes have been added to a fund, the Add/Edit Note button () displays along with the number of notes that have been added to the fund. When you view a note, the author, type of note, and date the note was added or last edited, are displayed.

From the left navigation, click Budgets.
Select a budget from the drop-down list and click Edit.
Click the Add/Edit Note button ().
The Noteswindow appears, and the notes added to the fund are visible.
Click Close or the x in the upper right corner to close the Notes window.
