I have made changes to my MARC format. How do I apply this change to my existing records?

To do this you will need to clear the output cache:

  1. Go to Data Exchange Reference Data > Output Formats and search for your output format.
  2. Tick the box next to your output format in the hitlist.
  3. Click the Other Actions drop-down menu and select Clear Output Cache.
  4. Changes made to your output format should now apply to all existing records.
