Why am I having problems downloading PDFs from Wiley Online Library when using EZproxy

Symptom

• PDF downloads from the Wiley Online Library are failing when using EZproxy.

Resolution

1. Move the Wiley Online Library stanza to the top of the database stanzas list in the EZproxy config.txt file and save the file
2. Restart EZproxy and test the download again.

Additional information

The Wiley Online Library downloads require special header handling with EZproxy.  Some other stanzas include DJ wiley.com and when the download gets authorized by that line in other stanzas, the header handling is not being done as expected and causes the download to fail.
