Why am I getting directed to the Visible Body marketing page when using EZproxy?

  1. Make sure the correct referring URL has been registered with Visible Body. 
  2. Check to see if you have an Ovid stanza in your config.txt file. If this is present, remove the HJ and DJ from the config.txt file.
  3. Restart EZproxy.
  4. Access the EZproxy server status page.  Click Host Maintenance at the top of the page.
  5. Select remove orphan hosts and click the process button.
  6. Restart EZproxy.
Additional information

The Visible Body (the resource) often receives authorization from the lines in the Ovid stanza, which can cause loading issues if the resource is not from Ovid. This process resolves the authorization issue.
