Why am I getting ERR EMPTY RESPONSE intermittently when using EZproxy

Symptom

• ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE is returned for different websites intermittently when using EZproxy
• HTTP 906 response codes are showing for these lines in the EZproxy log files

Resolution

1. Find RemoteTimeout in the config.txt file
2.  Increase the value for RemoteTimeout, this value is in seconds and the default value is 60
