I am having an issue opening PDF files with EZproxy when using Wiley Database

Symptom

• You are unable to access Wiley PDF links if you are a Self-Hosted EZproxy site as of 10/26/2021

Resolution

Short introduction or instructions to follow these steps:

1. OCLC Hosted sites are fixed.
2. Stand-alone sites having issues accessing PDFs via EZproxy will need to contact Wiley Support.
3. Wiley will give your EZproxy server's IP to Atypon and get the server whitelisted.
