How do I clear stuck Orphan hosts in EZproxy

Symptom

• An Orphan host shows in the EZproxy table even after no more options are available to try and clear items from the table.

Resolution

Short introduction or instructions to follow these steps:

1. Stop EZproxy
2. Delete the ezproxy.hst file from the EZproxy directory
3. Restart EZproxy
