How do I find my EZproxy IP address?

External IP address
Applies to
  • All EZproxy Versions
Answer
  • If you know your server name such as oclc.idm.oclc.org, you can do a nslookup command from a command prompt and get the IP address.  At a command prompt, you type in:

nslookup [server code].idm.oclc.org

in this case, it would be:

nslookup oclc.idm.oclc.org

  • You will get the IP address in the response.
