Data shown under Usage Limits / Data collection interval

Symptom

  • A suspension shown under "View Usage Limits and Clear Suspensions" has values that are below the configured values in the UsageLimit directive.

Applies to

  • EZproxy with active UsageLimit

Resolution

The figures under "View Usage Limits and Clear Suspensions" reflect activity during the specified data collection interval (e.g., the last 120 minutes). This interval is displayed above the table. 

To investigate the reason for the suspension:

  1. Go to "View audit events" in the admin menu.
  2. Look for "UsageLimit" events.
  3. Check the "Other" column for a detailed reason for the suspension, such as "RULENAME 200 transfer exceeded".
