A vendor is asking me for some test credentials for EZproxy, where do I get those?

You will need to create the Test Credentials within the Authentication system you have.  So if you are using LDAP, you will need to create an LDAP username and password.  If you are using Shibboleth, then create a Shibboleth username and password.  Then send the credentials to the vendor.
