Beginning 1 January 2020, DawsonEra requires users sign in to EZproxy for their platform's functionality (e.g. user bookshelves) to work.

 Note:  EZproxy's AutoLoginIP directive may not be used in combination with this stanza. The stanza must also be placed above any ExcludeIP directives in config.txt.
