Export a query

You can export lists of a query's resulting titles by clicking the Export menu at the top of the Insights Builder. You will be prompted to rename the query before exporting. You can export your query in the following formats:

• CSV
• CSV for Excel (with UTF-8 BOM)

   Note: Choose this option if your results include non-Latin or special characters.

Exported files include the following columns:

• LC Call Number
• Title
• Author
• Publisher
• Publication Year
• Edition
• Format
• LC Subclass
• Primary Language
• Secondary Language
• Place of Publication
• Checkout Count
   Note: WMS libraries only.
• Last Checkout
   Note: WMS libraries only.
• WorldCat Holdings - Same Edition
• WorldCat Holdings - Any Edition
• WorldCat Retaining Libraries
• Group Holdings - Same Edition
• Group Holdings - Any Edition
• Group Holding Libraries
• OCLC Work ID
• ISBN
• ISSN
• WorldCat OCLC Number
• WorldCat URL
