Why is a catalog search not returning expected results in Capira?

Resolution

Please contact OCLC Support with the parameters used so that we may troubleshoot the connection between your OPAC and Capira. These parameters would include the search query phrase, and any limiters selected for Material, Format, Library, Sort, Collection, etc.

We also ask that you provide us with what titles are missing from the search, as well as a link to the expected search in your OPAC.
