Why are some of the borrowers on the system greyed out while others are darker font?

Answer

• Those that are greyed out have never used the system for circulation or have not used the system for twelve months
• Usually if they are new, they are greyed out but once they start borrowing their names will be the usual darker font
• If they have not used the system for twelve months the font will also grey out

Additional information

• If of interest, it is possible to find inactive borrowers on the system via a Main > Borrowers > Borrower Where search. Use Last Active < Current Date - 12 months using the Special button
